I was planning on having them do a quick flashy flashy steady.. Just need to work out how to get a second feed up to the light assembly..
The electronicy side is easy, hiding the cabling is the real dark art!! ... ,-------,

I'm assuming you are using the standard wiring rubber boot to gain entry to the door?

Defenders with 3rd brake light factory fitted have a hole up there with grommet in I'd imagine?
Needs a cable puller or a homemade type of puller to get it through.

Nah... The feed is by the heated screen printed tracks... Wires exit the door at the bottom of the window... Sad ... ,-------,

Well, I finally got around to butchering the high level brake light to fit the LED panel...
Here's a pic of the back of the board almost bolted into place!
I was too keen to get it fitted to take any more pix!

I re-made the brackets this morning to give a better clearance, and then went out and re-fitted the bits as shown in the pix...
