2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Stornoway Grey

Lidl air compressor & tools

22/09 - this thursday

24litre air compressor and loads of tools including sprayer and driver in Lidl.

I've no experience of their stuff, just heard through word of mouth - though 3 year warranty and the compressor is slightly more powerful than the clarke 24 litre and 20pound cheaper!

Got the Aldi one which is same but in blue and it works well.

They've been advertising these on the telly so get in quick would have been my advice. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

There's no way on earth that compressor will properly power most of the tools they advertise with it. It's fine for a blow gun, inflating tyres etc, but I have a compressor more than double that size which struggles with an impact wrench and won't run anything like a sander or a grinder. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Aldi are also doing air tools,order online and free delivery as well, in case you miss out at lidl or just cant be bothered going shopping

Just ordered the hose reel (fed up of coiling up the hose each time I need to blow up a tyre) and the air saw (may be handy!).

Agreed on the comments about the size of the compressor, they don't have the CFM. Pete
