Halfords own brand oils? I have it in mind that they are supplied by castrol? Anyone know for sure? Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

The SDS (safety data sheet) seems to point to Comma Oils

For example:
http://www.halfords.com/motoring/engine-oi...tor-oil-5l (2.4 Puma spec oil) Finding the Safety Data Sheet link (click "Show More" under description) shows it to be a Comma oils product. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Some of this pops up every now and then on the LRSOC forum....
http://www.lrsoc.com/forum/index.php?topic...#msg204096 Martin is correct, it's Comma, Cheaper to buy from them too, without the Halfords mark up. Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |
