Hi LandyDubai,

Lovely looking truck..... Sorry..... bit of a dumb question Very Happy

I'm slowly getting into the idea of a little offroading and mindful that I need some better front recovery points that the standard LR tow point.

Was thinking about Jate rings for the front attachched to the chassis but noticed the two points on your front bumper. Can you tell me who manufactures those please.

Recovery points are built into the winch bumper

Simple and cost affective solution as you say is add Jate rings Thumbs Up LandyDubai
Keep the shiny side up!

Arre you planning to do this?

I like the idea of a rear vestibule with access to the back of the truck. But let's be honest I doubt i will ever need a roof tent, happy to pull out the MacPac Olympus! or maybe an Oz Tent now we have a little one...

Nice looking defender landydubai. I was really lucky to be able to get one from al tayer, according to the salesman my car was on their last shipment. I was looking into fitting jate rings on my defender but couldn't find any do you know if they sell them locally or do I have to order them from abroad. 2012 Fuji White 110 Flattened
