[Wanted] Complete wheels and tyres or just tyres
Sorry new thread as other got long and messy.

Motor's fixed so happy to travel around a 100 miles from N.E. Linc's

Budget is around £400'ish, no need to get in touch or reply with £600 - £1000 sets of wheels as I haven't got it.

As new as I can possibly get for the money and could be decent tyres with no wheels or I'd prefer to be wheels and tyres so I can bolt straight on.

Steel or alloy as long as they look nice Wink

Many thanks
Brian.

Just got pipped in last few seconds on these last night, gutted Sad

Oops, thought I'd covered all the basis Embarassed

I know Censored all about wheel size and fitment, we want the 90 to look flash like everyone else's on here but it's going to have to be done on a budget and second hand parts as and when available.

I have 235/85 16's on Boosts which I think are the original tyres, General Grabbers, 2002 truck with 55k on the clock so tyres are on their last legs.

The ones I bid on were 265/75 but not knowing offsets or anything I don't know what they'd look like on, just thought they may look a bit beefier.

I don't do off roading as frightened of hurting the truck, I go in a really muddy field a couple of times a year to pull out a trailer load of firewood, I also don't do a lot of road miles so not worried about motorway performance or noise too much [we do however live in the sticks and this is our only transport]

Tyre size anything within reason that doesn't need suspension or steering mod's to work, wheel type, beggars can't be choosers but I love my truck so would like tidy looking wheels.

Many thanks
Brian

I personally like boost wheels so would just look for a set of replacement tyres in 265/75/16. They will fit standard suspension you just might loose a bit of steering lock.

Cheers Chris, I do like Boosts but mine need a refurb and at £50 a corner [+ spare] then tyres, fitting and balancing I can only guess it's cheaper to replace the lot.

Mind you there are some cracking black Boosts on here, I did love them Mr. Green

Thanks for the headsup concerning the above wheels Thumbs Up

Luke and I have spoke before and he's pretty much 200 miles from me, I just haven't got the time [house imploding Shocked ] for a 400 mile round trip.

If you're a bit closer JOW240725 drop us a pm when you've decided Wink
