Yep, I've managed to set up the dimmer button so that when pressed it goes to the lowest setting.
Pity that this function and the on with ignition off does not work like the factory fitted one.
But it is a much better unit, really enjoying it  Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
