2012 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 HT Keswick Green

Chassis Cleaning Before Dinitrol

I'm slowly preparing my 2012 90 for a good dose of Dinitrol. I've got the chassis pretty clean and dry now but still want to go over it again to get it as clean as I can.

Will it be OK to use white spirit on a rag to wipe it over. Will this affect the Dinitrol? I think you can dilute some waxes (Waxoyl?) with a bit of white spirit so I hope it won't affect the Dinitrol.

I don't want to use a degreaser that you have to wash off as that means getting it wet again.

Should be okay so long as it's fully dried off completely.
I just used water myself but then I did wait until peak summer when it was dry and warm.

Don't forget a rust cure such as Kurust before under seal if there are any corrosion areas.
