 I don't think any were sold for the simple reason they didn't seem to work. | ||

| spags Member Since: 10 Jul 2010 Location: Tulliallan & La Vernaz Posts: 23      | You guys are cruel. Saw the snow trac in Saas Fee and have since had a terrible urge to buy one and refurb. Just as I was getting over the calling this thread appears and the wound reopens. 
 The black trac is a rebuild of a machine built in Scotland in the 50's and used on estates and by power line companies. Running gear is VW with a proper steering wheel, no levers, seats 7. Wears a Land Rover badge with pride as owner has an SVX station wagon for towing the Trac on a trailer. Machine is used for tours on the glacier and corporate promo work.
