Yes, I heard the sad news on the 10.00am news this morning, like you say, he's been a regular voice on the airwaves and TV for as long as I can remember. Sorry to see him go.

I can remember narrowly avoiding crashing on the way to work because I was crying with laughter when he was reading the Janet and john stories. I suppose Chris Evans makes the roads safer if nothing else.

Shocking News!
Terry has been on the Radio & TV ever since I can remember! I started listing to Terry on the Radio in the early 70's when I was just a young lad on Junior Choice  I remember he had a pretend dog on the show called Arnold!

Takes me back to my childhood, sitting at the kitchen table all of us listening to TW on the radio. I just now read up on him, and discovered that he had still been presenting in November, and had planned to continue in 2016.
