BRASS
Where there is muck there is brass (apparently)

Anyway I am after the price of brass, Ali and copper in �


Can find price of Ali and copper on LME in USD per lb.


Can anyone point me in the right web direction please?

Quite difficult. There is a lot of brass alloys were the proportion of cooper and zinc can vary and also other metals can be added (aluminium, tin, lead, etc). For this reason probably the index that you are looking for doesnt exist. Sad

Maybe, the best way, if you like an index, is to use the cooper price and the zinc price (both available at the LME or CME) and make your "own index" using the cooper and the zinc future prices in a proportion of 65% and 35% respectively (High brass).

Be aware that the prices showed in the Laurie�s page (as other pages) are for brass scrap.
