Boab Space-rack vs MANTEC Load Lugger

Looking for some opinions around the two products please:
BOAB Space Rack - £105 although note sure if they still sell them as showing out of stock but have emailed for clarity https://www.boab.biz/acatalog/BOAB_SPACERACK.html
or
MANTEC Defender Load Lugger £196 http://www.flatdoguk.com/defender-load-lugger~749

So there is a price delta which is in favour of the BOAB product and it also has a headboard and wooden slats rather than wire mesh which I think would prevent snagging. The thing is I have not seen either in the flesh but have seen some pics of members vehicles who have the Mantec fitted and would like to canvas opinions please.

I have a BOAB rack, that is for sale, and is improved as the crappy wooden slats, that ain't even fully fixed have been replaced with Ali strips.

Let me know if you've any other questions.
