So the update is - I have brought another one Aswell

this time a 463 so the later model G it's the last ever rhd registered for the uk market so quite a rare one. And the mods have started already with a full strip down and g65 amg bumper etc going on

Congrats on the G's. Hope you don't go all the way over to that side and still have time to carry out working on Defenders!

I really like German attention to detail and quality... Mrs. Eutek drives a Merc, and it is a tank. I can only imagine what the G's are like.

I looked at the G-wagon as well, the only thing that stopped me from going that route was the aesthetics - I really like the look of a Defender more than the G wagon. The older G-wagons do look better than the newer ones IMHO.

The Mini is pretty neat as well. Always wanted one, but as I'm a pretty big guy I would be afraid that it would list over to one side as soon as I got in to drive it.
