Removal of rear XS seats?

I want to remove the 2 fold up forward facing XS spec seats in the back of the 90.

Has anyone done it and can tell me the pitfalls or things I need to do or is it just an unbolt job?

There's quite a few threads on this if you do a search but yes it's just an unbolt job from inside and two nuts on either side under the wheel arch

2015 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Santorini Black

Removed both rear seats on 90SW when I took delivery last month. Very straight forward. Suggest you put the original bolts back in place to prevent ingress of water. Word of warning - they are very heavy!
