I've misplaced one during my head unit swap out, cannot find it anywhere
It's the narrow type (pre-Tdi), anyone got one hanging about from an old rebuild etc?  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

I am pretty sure I have a pair somewhere, that is if you are talking about the dash parts from a 1984 Defender, would those be the right ones. Yes I am talking about the demister trim insert thing
Pretty sure they are all the same until they went wider  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Finally found them today, I measured them against the ones I have fitted on a TD5 and they are about 3cm shorter. So if that will do you can have one free of charge obviously.
 The only problem is that I am flying out to Portugal tomorrow morning for ten days so cannot post the item till I return to the UK. Sorry it is taking so long to get the vent cover to you but the part was in my garage in Manchester and I have been at the cottage in Wales since I got back from Portugal. Today I travelled to work in Manchester.
To make sure this is definitely the part you require, I have photographed the vent alongside a TD5 vent to show you the difference in size, is the smaller vent the one you require length 27 cm. If so let me know and I will post it out to you tomorrow (Thursday) first class post.
