16" or 18"
Other than looks, are there any advantages or disadvantages by having 18" sawtooths fitted?

The ride has got to firm up with 18's which may be an advantage or disadvantage depending on what your after.

Performance stronger side wall flex with the 18's = harsher ride better handling

I have 16's with 85 profile MT rubber and the ride is pretty good but you can tell it has some flex. Im thinking about changing to 18's with AT rubber as I spend all the time on the tarmac.

Less choice and more expensive for decent tyres for A/T's, M/T's etc in 18's - stick with 16's

^^^^^ I found the same problem, I ditched the 18s, as not much tyre choice.

I found the ride a bit harsh with 18s too, nice to be back on standard rims Smile 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered.
