For a while I have been pondering a rear drawer for the 110.
I am thinking 18mm for the top, 18mm sides for both the uprights against the tub and 18mm for the front and sides of the drawer. Possible 12mm for the base of the drawer. I want take the top section right back to the seats so I can put one maybe two batteries underneath, measuring up I think I have room for two depending on the make / size of the batteries. To stop the drawer lifting I was going to bolt through the tub and use spacers/giant washers on the outside. Also toying with the idea of making half the top section removable so I can get in if i cant get the rear door open fully. To hold the top in place I was thinking 4 keyed alike locks such as http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/cam-lock-20mm-un...4d30d3e89b and mount two on each side. For the sliding rails I have a few sets of these type of rails handy http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-Rack-Mount-Ra...5d4fdfbb20 and use 1 or 2 pairs either side of the drawer.
