Thank you for your post. I note your query and can confirm that the vehicles used at our Land Rover Experience Centres are standard production models however, they may be fitted with some accessories. Regarding the vehicles used in the events that you are referring to, we would be unable to confirm specific details regarding these vehicles as some of the vehicles used were pre-production models. In Belgium, LR Experience fitted only some (under)body protection on some of the models. But then again, it was quite an experience - almost got stuck in the mud once...
It isn't "soft" what they put 'em through here, though it might depend on weather and track conditions. When we went it was october, dry weather but very wet and muddy track. Put quite a grin on my face back then  |

Good to know, that my EU5 Land Rover with DPF could indeed cross the Himalaya or the Andes Mountains  -
And will survive the unofficial "filling stations" in Uzbekistan also.
