I swished mine out with some Methylated spirits and then sat it in the sun for a while to make sure it had all evapourated out.
Whatever you do make sure its evaporated out before you refit it. Also check for any leaks as it will be much easier to show up when wet ![]() Self confessed mileage hunter ![]() |

^^^^ agree make sure its completely dry before fitting or running
Personally i would just use steam cleaner with traffic film remover , and make sure its drained and dyed out completely , this would be safest way any remains of something flammable in the intercooler and the engine will run flat out on it , and you wouldnt be able to stop it !!!! |
