Not really an answer but you would imagine the LR rims will have LR part No's on the back.
I have an aftermarket set and the don't have any part No's on them..... They do have a higher load rating than the genuine rim and I am pleased with them. Jonesie Series I 86" Petrol orig side valve (daily hack) VW Tiguan ( bit bland but very comfy ) Porsche 997.2 790 Bonnie |

I'd go for aftermarket anyway, they have a slightly better ET20 (offset) rather than 33, so they will be slightly further out, closer to the wheel arch. I think the only person who'll be able to tell the difference when fitted is you.

I'd go for 18"s from Urban Truck

I would only go for genuine LR Sawtooths..
I know from experience that if you have any warranty issues the dealer / LR will squirm if you have non gen rims/ tyres. Clemmo |

Do the genuine ones fitted by the dealer get covered by the full 3 year warranty?

Yes the wheels are covered by the 3 year warranty.
If you go in for a suspension problem ( as an example) with non gen rims they may squirm a little. I changed my Tyres to 265s and LR did al they could not to repair a propshaft problem, Clemmo |

^^If they're fitted at delivery, then yes they get the same warranty as the rest of the vehicle

I'd be going genuine.
However, if I was going aftermarket, & the 18" items were made by the same people that made the aftermarket 16" item, then I'd go for the 18" which suits the Defender very well, of course with a lower profile tyre. Pickles. |
