Donaldson air filter set-up + pics

Hey guys. Has anyone out here fitted the Donaldson air filter in his Td5?

A Dutch LR enthousiast made this set-up and he says this mod improves air flow and yet filters much better.

If anyone has this set-up, all advice is welcome. I love this mod and this is how the Dutch LR enthousiast did it.
