jeckle and hyde 90
Hi ..newby..my td5 90 sometimes starts up all vibrant and with loads of torque other times its dreadful rough and slow...3rd where 4th usually does the job.
We have what we casll the sound barrier ...between 60mph and 70 where its impossible to talk due to rough engine...sounds like its fuel starved..it revs but no power after 70 goes really quite well and tops out 80ish

low ish mileage ...still got EGR

Any ideas? I just do not have the time or space to start fidling with it as its my work vewhicle...so if anyone knows a good Cornwall based tuner...????

Go see Gary at alive tuning. The thing that amazed me about a remap was how quiet it made the engine at speed

Look for oil in the ecu plug also unplug MAF and drive to see if it makes a difference.

Into the accelerator pedal? Can't see how that would be possible. The oil comes from the engine and into the ECM via the red plug. The accelerator wires leave the ECM on the black plug, before going over gearbox along chassis, across bulkhead, in behind clocks so the oil would have to do some traveling.
