I have been in touch with Welshsurferdude regarding the 7 inch LED spotlamps he was selling earlier in the year.
http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic27697.html Having seen a pair fitted to Hanchedene's Defender the other weekend, I was extremely impressed with the brightness, and the build quality. The beam on these things is absolutely awesome! In fact, I would say they are brighter than the Lightforce 240 HID's that I currently have on my Defender. The big difference is that the LED do not need 10 seconds warm up time like the HID's! so its instant blinding light. 
He says he needs 10 to get a discount group buy. So who else is interested? No problem at all.
If I can get 10 people interested I can meet the minimum order the factory wants and get these in at a much cheaper prices than anyone else at £400 a pair plus postage Obviously if I can get more than 10 I can see if I can get a discount  2011 Santorini Black USW XS.

I fitted these to my defender and the light is incredible, very pleased with them.

I trie before to click on either "yes please" or on the top banner saying sign up.
Neither of them seem to do anything, the yes please text is in light grey, should the text be black?? Maybe I can't take part in the GB if I am a newish member ?? Thanks, Nick |

I dont seem to know what the issue is with the sign up so just post a reply and i will keep count , I am in talks with a different supplier for a similar light but poss quite a bit cheaper, I will post the details here when i get confirmed prices and details and get everyones thoughts . I will do it at a cost price. so no profit to me except to cover my costs. Hi peeps,
Just wondering if there was any sort of update on either the original lights or the different ones mentioned a couple of posts ago.? I am going to have to get some Wilderness Orbs if no movement on these ones, which would be a shame as the appear to be the same lights plus a chunk more money

I can give you some pointers.
the 7" spotlights that are the wilderness orb come from aurora lighting in China http://www.szaurora.com, it's not listed but im sure if you ask them they'll sort you out, they supply Wilderness and Devon4x4 so if you want to cut out the middle man then thats the website! alternatively theres a cheaper option here www.starpointlighting.com hope this is of help! 2011 Santorini Black USW XS. 2015 Discovery 4.5 Black pack Firenze red XS |

Thank you for the response and link , was it these that were the cheaper units? 96w led driving light ARB style: Also I guess as there are no prices on the site , it is a case of emailing them and asking how much inc shipping they would be? Many thanks.
