So IF you want any form of discount YOU had better get a decent group buy together. The more people who want them at the same time the better. That will at least give me a fighting chance to twist Peter's arm up his back but that is hard work. The more I can get on a pallet the cheaper the transport cost per wheel carrier.

So over to YOU Martin

Brendan

So - anyone else up for it? I guess Brendan will give us a price based on the number of people committing...

Now I will be meeting with Peter of Nakatanenga next week so I will try a little bit of gentle negotiation with him. Wish me luck folks.

Now Peter is an astute German businessman and can be a bit hard to squeeze a bargain out of him, so the more people who are seriously interested in the wheel carrier the more leverage that I will have with him when I enter that arm wrestling competition the better.

Now I might have to resort to some cunning plans. I understand that Peter's right hand man is partial to a drop of distilled liquid from north of the border and Peter is partial to a glass of vino or beer. Hmmm a cunning plan is maybe emerging, involving a tape recorder and some intoxicating liquid. Now will this Brit be able to drink a couple of Bavarians under the table?

Be warned this will be a one off offer as I do not think my liver will take two negotiation sessions with Nakatanenga.

People who know me, normally realise I will give a honest appraisal of equipment.

IMO this is simply the best wheel carrier currently available in the UK.

Why do I say that?

Stainless steel powder coated removes any rust issues.

The two ball and socket joints copes extremely well with shall we say Land Rover build tolerances. Other single pivot wheel carriers are based on sliders and are not so tolerate of build tolerances.

Is the only single pivot wheel carrier that works with a NAS step

No drilling of body work. Two 8 mm holes in rear cross member need enlarging to take 10mm bolts.

Normal retail price in the UK is £570 for the powder coated version plus delivery if required.

Any questions ask away.

Well there will be some terms and conditions with this group buy.

1) This will be a one off promotional offer, so if anyone wants to take part, do so now. Do NOT moan a few months down the line that the offer has closed.

2) Payment terms. Sorry Martin but you will have to give your credit card a comforting pat and cuddle and tell him that it will be his big brother DEBIT card or uncle BACS (aka bank transfer) playing this time.

Credit cards/paypal/mastercard cost us about 3% so no we will not accept them as payments!

Some forms of lubricants might help, other forms of lubricant might not be so well received.
