It will fit all post 2002 rear door. Instructions are included.

Probably hardest job is getting rear door card off.

Ensure that the gas strut does not touch door frame. If you have a storage drawer fitted a bit of care is needed to make sure drawer clears door

You have to control the opening of the door so it does not go bang on to a hard stop.

HTH

When fitting just be carefull drilling your holes, it would be very easy to run the drill bit right through and out the other side of the door skin!

Will have to remember to check the instruction leaflet. Think we do mention that danger.

We might have to highlight that possible danger.

There again it might be a case of people reading the 'destruction' leaflet properly Razz

On a more serious note however if people think any information we supply could be improved please let us know. However please remember we are a small company so do have limitations on what we can do.

Apologies for going OT but that is the way conversations go at times

Well that rear door strut does have instructions with it.

Have checked that there is a warning about taking care when drilling the rear door. However I think we will have to highlight it more when the next time we print some off.

OK we have wandered off topic a bit but I do not think we have spoiled the thread.
