the dash light won't work with led flasher unit , you need the adjustable flasher unit , search Rdx flasher unit or Rdx relay on forum lots about it

Which make of LED lights and flasher unit did you use?
Some trailers/caravans have filament bulbs fitted, some have LED, therefore the resistance load/current draw can vary a lot. Talking to the technical guys who supplied the SVX lights to Land Rover he clearly stated that many of the aftermarket systems available would not function properly and legally with a trailer fitted. They supply what they call an Intelligent Power Loading Systems with their aftermarket LED systems. Maybe it is a case of asking your supplier for a solution? Brendan |

The RDX relay will be your only option. I have one - does what it says on the tin.

Yep, RDX relay will sort your problems. I have LEDs on the vehicle and have towed various trailers with normal lamps, works every time Myers - Somewhere on Salisbury Plain
