Painted Black D Modulers Silver
Painted my Black D Modulers Silver today 3 coats of Grey primer 3 coats of Silver Wheel Paint 3 coats of Laquer

One side completed done 7 thin coats of silver and 5 thin coats of Laquer just the other sides to do tomorrow then attack the spare when I see how much paint I have left may need to buy a can more But they have come up lovely no runs real pukka job pats oneself on the back

Heres the kit I bought from ebay how it was done was 3 light coats primer, 7 light coats silver, 5 light coats Laquer 5 to 10 mins between coats still tacky which helps stop running and builds up a thicker coat rather than dry layers

They are 16 x 8 modulers with 315x75x16r Mickey Thompson Baja MTZs 3 inch block lift kit to fit and Procomp +5 shocks on the rear standard on the front The kit is enough for 5 wheels both sides

Looks like you done a good job Thumbs Up , give it a few weeks fer the paint to fully harden an give em a coat of wax/sealant.You can buy hi-temp wheel wax,but tbh, any wax is better than nowt,makes cleaning them so much easier.I would also use some polish or cutting compound to improve the finish. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.
