Sorry I didn't finish work till 10pm tonight and been on the phone to son about it and yes I am the proud owner of a 1988 ( F ) defender 90 2.5 TD county fitted with a defender 200tdi engine, its in deep bronze green with white roof, landy alloy wheels, has a mint chassis and bulkhead, new rear x member fitted a couple of years ago, has an A bar and safari snorkel fitted, full new exhaust and 12 months tax.

the decals have been removed but you can see where they have been, has got checker plate covering the bottom of the front doors but I will sort that and give it a full re-paint but other than that its ok and I am really happy so once I get it home I can tell you more Very Happy Very Happy Graham

Well I was really amazed on how it looked and doubly amazed how the 90 performed and with not having a car for the past 3 years it felt quite quick aswell but couldn't tell what speed we was doing on the M way as the speedo wasn't working so I will have to sort that aswell as a couple of other niggly things, but ha ho that's land rovers.

I will give it a good going over tomorrow as I think the new exhaust is loose Sad Graham
