The wife has sprung a leak
The wife's 02 Td5 with 60k from new has started to leak fluid from the front end. It looks to my untrained eye like power steering fluid coming from the box where the steering arm is attached. My question is, am I looking at a new box or is there a replacement 'seal kit' that would solve the problem.
Any advice much appreciated

Usually an exchange box situation.

Couple of leads for you:

http://www.powersteeringonline.co.uk/exchange_steering_boxes.htm

Paddocks do an exchange service:

http://www.paddockspares.com/sp/cat/DEFEND...Boxes.html

Famous four do one as well on an exchange basis:

Bear in mind the exchange is only valid if yours can be reconditioned itself. Dog Thumbs Up Dog

If you fancy having a go yourself at the princely sum of £14:99:

From your profile i see you're in Northampton, not a million miles from Reading, where Adwest are, the people who actually make the PAS boxes.

Very resonable prices over the counter for a NEW (not crappy "rebuilt" with a can of black spray paint) and you get the drop arm & ball joint into the bargain as well.
