Great service from MPS Trading

Just a quick note to say thank you to Simon at MPS for great service received! I enquired about a Garrison Outfitters sliding window kit via E-bay (Not the kit that was listed)on the 2nd January and received an almost instant response to my enquiry. Although not in stock it could be ordered so I went ahead and ordered it. It arrived today which I think is great service both from MPS and the Royal mail especially at this time of year. I did not realise when I placed the order that MPS were forum sponsors so once again a big

for MPS. Thank you!

Annoyingly I`m now seeing the other side of great customer service from 3 other companies (Not forum sponsors) who it seems can`t be bothered to reply to e-mail enquires (3 days in one case)
