What is the fuel consumption like?

I used to get 11mpg but it had the souped up Turbo engine.

I have heard talk of 15-20mpg from standard motors but I never got that

Upside is cheap insurance (£120) and no road tax aas it was agricultural registered

that looks great. Its not by any chance ex fire service as well is it? Looks in great condition and know that they are well looked after and probably get the easiest lives aswell.
Only ask as its similar in age to the ones that were replaced here

It was a scruffy crop sprayer when I bought it!
Spent a bit of time getting it tidied up before using it as the wedding car....

what's it like to drive? It's different!!

Surprisingly easy, even let the missus have a go once, (she never asked again!!)

Relatively nippy with the 5.7L turbo and would nudge 60mph on a good day.

Wandered a little bit due to the knobbly tyres.

Most stuff gets out of the way on the narrow country lanes as well, particularly when they see black smoke billowing out of the chimney stack exhaust
