 Seems Romania is looking to replace their Aro's (Romanian version of a Defender I think) and Hummers with a military version of the Duster...

 Don't confuse Romania with France and Italy.   They have quite a decent military history, albeit have a thing for suddenly switching sides (eg. jumped to the Allied side in '44 w/o informing their erstwhile Nazi comrades). | ||
