Webasto fitting kit for TD5?
Anybody know where and how much to get a fitting kit for a webasto block heater to fit a TD5? Did land rover ever supply one?

Thanks.

Pete.

I dont have anything at the moment, was wanting to buy all the fitting kit and maybe a reconditioned unit (will rebuild myself) but if i can get everything new at the correct price then i will get new.

I think your only 20 mins down the road from me anyway if you do have the kit i need.

Thanks.

Pete.

LRS supplied mine for the Puma, def worth a call to them

i had one in my td5 90. mounted it on the wing by the heater matrix, it fits using the std mounting plate. all the pipework that comes in a std kit will allow it to plumb straight in. all you will need extra is the fuel tank pickup. Cheers

Have a look in My Gallery - there's a couple of pdfs in there on Webasto TD5 installation. I think there's some info on the fitting kit/brackets in the first doc.

Hi Zinke,
I am thinking about fitting a Webasto and came across this thread..

I am wondering whether you completed the installation yourself?

I stumbled across this on eBay, saves having to drop the fuel tank to get the diesel feed...
