I would keep an eye on it, if you were interested i would give him a call, he will have a price in mind, but i don't know what it is, i can point out its week points if the price is near what you want, he bought it from me for 6.5K, so guess he might be looking for 7 to 7.5 ?

I've actually just been out to collect my daughter, and seen a Defender for sale at the side of the road. It is only a truck cab, so I would need to convert to a station wagon.
I don't know the miles or history - but it's on a '54' plate, and the price on the screen is £7k ...

Does that sound reasonable ?

I'm probably not the right person to ask re price given I paid over the odds for my first one, and sold it for less 6 months on back to the same guy, after spending about 2k on it Wink

Take some pics and post in a new thread to tread the water ?
