Hi,
Over the last couple of days the handbrake seems to have stuck on a couple of times. Drove around the block and it came off. Is this a common fault, is there a simple trick to get it to release, is it knackered? Thanks Guys in advance Steve Defender 90 TD5 Station Wagon Discovery 3 HSE BMW 330i Coupe |

Mine was doing the same
Took it down to the mechanic and he sorted it in 5 mins - think he just pulled the cable through from below the car Not a big deal but I didn't have time (or energy) to sort it myself |

Adjusted the handbrake yesterday, both the shoes and cable - now a lot less play.
So far so good appears to be working fine If this doesn't work it will be off with the propshaft Steve Defender 90 TD5 Station Wagon Discovery 3 HSE BMW 330i Coupe |
