the drum must have had a fracture its split and partially severed the hand brake cable.

was only joking (sorry) last time I had the hand brake off the plastic lining on the cable was frayed at the end and suspect this is sometimes preventing the brake from fully retracting (and possibly causing different problems). I've left it till the last minute as usual but thought if I could get a replacement I might be able to replace it tomorrow. where's MOG ? - I prehaps need to order up one of his ready for next weekend |
