fcx one just looks a little too shallow for me and whilst it has a dust seal and so better than the other make it that area, I doubt it would be waterproof. For real valuables it would be nice if the box size was designed to take a particular Pelican case or equivalent.

The one in the second picture designed to fit in the rear wing looks neat. Ironically, Land Rovers used to have something very similar from the factory. My '82 Stage 1 had one that I mounted a compressor and air tank in. Darren
