If you feel confident enough, go to one of the Witham SV auctions as in the 19th August tender, lots 41-61 incl were all LR's and the average selling price was about £2k + VAT so £2,400 all in - how can that be "too much"?
The most expensive was a Wolf 90 with 146k KM which went for £5,500 + VAT & the most expensive N/A LR was £3,500 + VAT for a 1991 110 HT with just 36k on the clock! http://www.mod-sales.com/information/27/Pr...esults.htm There's even a Tithonus hard top with MOT for under £6k + VAT which for effectivley a refurbed LR is good value IMHO! http://www.mod-sales.com/direct/vehicle/,2..._Rover.htm Outside Witham's, prices on eBay are around £3.5k for a "normal" 90. Sorry mate, I foolishly binned it right after the listing.
They were in the main, 110's with mileages reading from 36k to 200k & prices around the £2k + VAT mark. Trouble is that now they are getting scarce at Withams as the majority of the N/A fleet has been sold off now! Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? 2015 110 XS UW sadly stolen 21/11/2017 |

Yes, the one before the Foden recoveries & Bedford 8 tonners.
