I take it you use Parks - (actually you were speaking to a mate of mine a couple weeks ago - he was in with his white D4 commercial getting new side steps and wheel nuts)

Thats your first mistake! They are getting progressively worse!

If you need a second opinion try Martin Burns at Car Care Centre in kirkoswald - I have used him for years, he is ex-Appleyard Land Rover, if I remember correctly he was Workshop foreman and is a good guy.

Out of interest what are the problems?
