Have a look at the Gwyn Lewis website as they sell one that can be adjusted-lubricated (can't remember which).

its a wide angle one too for lifts/droop changes etc from Gwyn
do you have a press? if not it can be simpler to buy the whole thing in the holder, although obviously more expensive. if you have std suspension then a std one will work well. i use bearmach. Cheers James 110 2010 XS Utility 130 2011 M57 bespoke Camper 90 2010 Hardtop 90 M57 1988 Hardtop |

I used a standard delphi one.
Adjustable ones are often not, after a few years of crud, salt and rust! as for installing/removing, it seems to be pot luck - mine came out with a deft whack with a lump hammer. |

My Bearmach adjustable one has been in for over 10-years and I have only had to adjust it once.
I fitted it without having to resort to a press and then coated it liberally with Waxoyl, when I adjusted it earlier this year it was clean & corrosion free underneath the Waxoyl. When the time comes to replace it I will fit the same item. ONE LIFE, GET IT! |

Thanks all I will probably go adjustable, more likely to wear (corrugations) than rust here in Aust.

Buy the whole thing in the holder (fulcrum).
Pretty certain Simon @ MPS will be able to supply it, and there's an OEM version too ![]() ![]() ![]() |
