Wastegate adjustment
How can I check my wastgate is set correctly/optimum, does a nanocom do it at all?

"setup", as in, giving the correct boost? yes, nanocom will show the boost pressure.

If it's (the pressure) too low, then you can shorten the actuating rod a bit with the adjuster/locknut.

I think it's 1bar/ 14.7psi

No, at idle there will be next to no boost. that value is the max boost when under full load.

try having the nanocom plugged in and switched to instrument mode (well, on my Mk1 it is instrument mode, might be called something else on your snazzy new one Laughing ) and go for a drive, watch the boost pressure, especially when gunning it up a hill, you'll see the boost raise up.

Google is your friend..... KPA to PSI convertor

14.7psi (which is 1bar) = 101.35kpa
