That really does work rather well! There's a lot of work in that, and it looks to have been done to a high standard.

Reminds me a bit of an Austin K9 truck. I like it.

i remember seeing montego or maestro vans around these parts with jacked up suspension - they were test mules for the original freelander running gear.

does anyone think the front looks like a 1970's saab?

It was featured in Land Rover World (?) in April I think. Was also on the front cover of the Land Rover Spring Adventure at Harrogate last month Thumbs Up An engine to TDi for!
