I'm going through the same dilema as you. Don't yet want to spend £500 on spots so I think im goinf for the wipac 4x4. not going to use them that often so will try 4 off at £50 a pair
http://www.simmonites.com/SPOT%20LIGHTS.htm I have a Land rover roof rack so I think will fit ok. Will cable up with working light and reversing camera into a fuse box in the back of the 110. |

Roof bar may work with some oval LEDs or just the oval LEDs on the rack.
The Wipacs may be a touch too large and I have never really rated them on previous LRs (they rust very quickly!), Roo-Lites looks like an interesting option. |

As with everything it really depends on budget, functionality and looks.
Landlord has some nice ones fitted to his rack. Sure he won't mind pinching a picture from his gallery. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Looking at the picture the are 7155 Ovals I have fitted quite a few of these for customers, and they are impressive lights!! http://www.mobilecentre.co.uk/index.php?ma...cts_id=670 There are cheaper options as well. Good timing - sorted it today!!
I was in Keith Gotts and was about to order some Light Force 140mm spots and Richard in parts thrust some 87mm LED work lights in my direction. He said that a lot of his off roading customers we now fitting them as they give a very good light and minimal power draw. Less than half the price of Light Force, fitting them on the weekend, will let you know! |
