Brake caliper split pins
Can anyone tell me the correct size of split pins I need to get to replace the old ones when I swap the pads on my 90 this weekend?
I really don't want to take things apart, only to find halfords don't have them!

Did the new pads not come with new pins, springs and split pins?

Have you checked the old ones- mine were put through and only about 1 5 degree bend was put on them so would have been re-usable if the set I bought didn't have replacements.

I think I even have a set of spares in the car.

If you do not have split pins to hand you can use r-clips to hold the pins in place. Works a treat...
