called in yesterday on way back from French Extrem and the salesman kept us waiting for 20mins then said the 90 had gone for wax oil and we should call back again, didnt even bother asking my name or taking a number |

Must agree with Steve then, sound like a right shower of S***. If that is what their sales service is like, imagine what their after-service will be!!
How hard is it to produce good customer service Glyn |

They don't do after sales Glynn! They are 'fire and forget'. I would quite happily post my experiences on here as I can justify all that I say, but I just couldn't be bothered. I had complaint fatigue from dealing with them and re living the whole thing would drive me bonkers!

Go with your instincts and remember, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression! |

thanks, no call back again today so thats a sale they've lost, think i'd rather pay more and have someone that wants my money.
it realy pi55es me, i'm mad on L/R's but you can see why people choose other brands, picture the salesman- mid 30's (thinks he's still 19) cheap burtons suit 5 sizes to small, un shaved with gelled hair, would look more at home selling tarmac. maybe thats trendy in south Wales |

The missus is from Newport and used to defend the area, but since living away for a few years she now agrees it is full of weirdos. Swansea isn't much better (other than Mumbles which is quite nice for a holiday). The salesman probably spends more money on his going out tracksuit than his 'work clothes'. Maybe I should become a LR salesman for my next job. Glyn |
