Do you mean the hose that goes from the top of the intercooler to the intake manifold? The bottom pipe on the manifold is connected to the turbo.

The top pipe is simple to replace. If you do not have a EGR plumbed in then I would recommend buying a silicon hose that just jubilee clips at each end.

If you have the EGR then there is a metal pipe connected to the intake manifold/intercooler by sections of rubber pipe. Not much more difficult its just got 4 jubilee clips to deal with rather than 2.

Hope that helps.

delete intercooler and insert radiator possibly?

rad bottom hose goes to thermostate housing with T off to the heater hose. (IRRC)

if thats the case it the same as any other coolant hose, pretty straight fwd, just need to ensure you rebleed the system Cheers

Assuming we are talking coolant hoses (as already stated, remove intercooler and replace with radiator!) then it is a multi-legged hose assembly. The original one comes with non-removable hose-clips but aftermarket ones use screw-clips so in theory you can replace a single hose but I am not sure they are available separately so you have to buy the whole assembly. ONE LIFE, GET IT!
