What's the stud/bolt length please Peter? Of the actual wheel section?

I feel ok with my stud length.....or di i missunderstand something now?

The bolts are standard length like the normal wheelstuds. The adjustments can be done within the carrier itself.

Or what was the question???? Question WANTED:

SII or SIII in max 1.5k

I am in the process of fitting a secondhand one of these (thanks Ken!) and have a few questions:

1 Are there any instructions available?
2 There is a tab that almost meets up with one of the Torx headed screws that hold the rear tub on. I cannot get it to line up. I cannot leave Torx head screw in place, as it fouls with this tab. My assumption is that it is supposed to line up, but difficult to predict where stuff ends up on a Defender. Should I just enlarge the hole in the tap so I can screw it against the back of the rear tub?
3 Any guidelines on adjusting and greasing the bearings?
4 I do not have the original fitting kit, but have used M8 bolts to go through the M8 sized holes in the cross member on the left hand side of the mount. Some suggest that these should be enlarged to allow the use of M10 bolts and also that the third hole needs to be drilled in the cross member. Are both of these steps necessary?
