Thanks guys Thumbs Up yer at college all the lecturers loved it always get more attention than any boy racer cars. As for the engine well you can't beat it really Very Happy looking in to some hid spot lights to replace the ones I have on the abar should also get the message through to the hatch backs driving around with fog lights on

Ikke- great to see not every youngster buys the typical hatch back Thumbs Up
Maverick- I have been looking at some Chinese eBay ones, that actually have some really good reviews so I going to take a chance. And they have the ballast unit mounted in the back of the unit so it's altogether with a + and - coming out might be good for your roof, I assume you can get better quality/branded ones with the same set up.

You can see its blue but seeps in then dries clear.


Would this be ok for the window seals in the roof?
Does it need to be a particular temperature and how long does it take to dry?

Is it tough when it's dried or do you need to paint over it?

Sorry for all the questions, trying to get the 110 dry in the easiest way! (I've got the full weatherproof link as wel, but this looks much easier!)

I pored it into the cracks of the rubber on my alpine windows but does leave a blue tinge. I'd imagine you can paint over it I haven't bothered yet as one day il re paint the whole roof. It takes about 20min it dry but you don't really see it as it seeps down into the crack. 20min after I took the picture I pored more in and kept repeating until I assumed it was sealed and seems to have worked. Check the rear corner of the gutter mine has a bit of filler missing and was the main water inlet. I also used plumbers gold between the gaps on roof pannels you can just see it in the pic.
Hope this makes sense and helps Thumbs Up it's great not having water poring onto my legs now.

Done loads if little bits so,Picture time ...
Put some of the rad haz stuff on the door skins you can see the door actuators and the door grommet thing I fitted for the wires

Bonnet pin for alarm going to change this a bit to make it less vulnerable when working on the engine

Covered bulkhead and alarm wiring runs up behind the doors this will all be covered when I make panels for the rear

Headlining cleaned and back in, want to re-trim this some time something dark and il use the same material for the rear panels.

Wheel brace has been bent for ages so cut it up and beefed it up with a bmx peg and some old metal

Made a jack carrier thing while at college but didn't like so chopped most of it up. Excuse the awfull welding did this at college got a lot better now this just bolts to the bulk head haven't fitted yet Thumbs Up

Then was inspired by this http://www.4wdaction.com.au/forum/viewtopi...;start=165 (love some of the work the Aussies do they know how to mod!) so made this and it cost be nothing just a old wetsuit top

Then had a tidy up got rid of the ammo chest I used to keep in the back got all my ropes tools etc and just got it all behind the seats.

And behind passenger seat got rope, strop, shackles, jump leads winch controller and ammo box with random bits and bobs.

I'll lose the hammer behind the seats and put it out of reach from the front seats if I were you!
As it is in your pictures, if stopped by the police it would be classed as an offensive weapon and could get you arrested.

Nearly had something similar happen to me. On the old disco I had a felling axe and a small hatchet fastened on the rear door, but because I had a dog guard fitted I couldn't reach them from inside the vehicle. Quite funny really when you try to explain to two armed airport coppers that their out of sight and securley fastened to rear door card and I need them when greenlaning. Whistle
