Go on.........
I had only been at my job 2 weeks and then went the Highlands for a week... Then the other day it was 'I need go the Nurburgring for 3 days'...... In my time of life, if I get the opportunity to go somewhere, I'm going...Jobs are easy to come by |

If he’s sensible he wouldn’t say too much at all - he’d send recorded delivery letters inviting me to return, if I came back he’d take appropriate disciplinary action as laid down in my Contract of Employment.
And if I didn’t come back he’d do it in my absence. Peter |

A lot depends on the employment contract , it would then be a case of following procedure in a calm and patient way until they no longer worked for me.

I'd take you to court and claim for damages........... and with fair chance for success too, you might be convicted to pay back 3 months salary to the company You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

After three weeks of 'unauthorised absence' I would get a letter informing me that my contract will be terminated so its an action reserved only for a big lottery win. As if.
