What you want is some kind of smoked glass/perspex 'window' that isn't easily discernible from the rest of the bumper's face, and then put the lights behind that. So that when they're off you can't see that they're there.

Though personally I think daytime running lights are the work of the devil and one of the most annoying "features" of modern vehicles, I have to say I am mightily impressed with your workmanship and ingenuity Killer90. Got quite a little enterprise going there, good job.

Recess them will look better Thumbs Up

I was going to suggest that at L2B they look a bit vulnerable stuck out like that. Why not put a small rubber edge to take up the gap or get them cut to the holes the correct size. Or make surrounds to recess them.

You trying to make yours look like mine?? Rolling with laughter You need some LED headlights Thumbs Up

im a huge fan of your landy Yobbie Thumbs Up your bumper looked great but agree i need some led headlamps now Twisted Evil , bumper wise its impossible to make a perfect cut with the lights completly flush due to the shape of the drl lights, easy to set them back into the bumper but i think it looks alot neater with no hole on show Thumbs Up came across this the other night Cool  CSK Automotive

Thanks Killer. You could get an engineering company to laser cut the exact shape you want so no gap.

Trouble is striving for perfection can quickly lead to OCD. Take poor old Zag for example he had it real bad. Mr. Green _\Hennessey|Venom| F5/___
