Telephone Call From Land Rover

I had a call the end of last week from Land Rover wanting to see me and my Defender to discuss the new 2012 model, they wanted to talk about the improvements I think should be made. Unfortunatley, they wanted to see me and the Defender, but I sold it the previous week, so there said they needed to speak to owners with a current vehicle

, I explained that I had another 110 on order for November, and that they could call back then.
Has any other owners had the same phone call

or was it a scam, as I have just sold my previous Defender on Auto Trader showing my phone number. JE Zulu 110 now sold
Carpathian 110 also sold
Defender 110 camper now in build

Sounds abit iffy,but who knows,I had Porkfarms ring me about tasting there 2011 pies, but I told them I was a veggie

I hope it wasn't a scam, it's about time they spoke to a randon selection of owners and lots of them too. 130 crew cab

If not Landrover then Maybe after your address,location etc but maybe not?

That does not sound genuine

. Surely any market research is done over the phone or online ?. Maybe my suspicious mind as i dont trust anyone until they prove otherwise.

Why not give LR Customer Services a call to see if this was genuine, if not owners need to beware! Andy
